With decades of experience from production through finished goods, our founder Bill Raffety provides solutions ranging from farm and facility audits to guideline and checklist development, to supply chain monitoring and verification.
Audit focus areas include Global GAP, ESG, Child Labor, Female Empowerment & Participation, Deforestation, GPS mapping, Regenerative Agriculture, Biochar, Farmer and Worker Safety, and Social Infrastructure. Programs can be tailored to custom client needs or aligned with established industry and trade association registered standards.

Message from our founder
A 125-year story.
Mante Resources LLC was born out of the sustainable farming activities of my family's agriculture company, which continues to be engaged in uninterrupted farming operations in the same locations across three states in the US for over 125 years. If ever there was a great example of sustainability, this is it.
Having grown up working in the physical production space on our family's farm in America's Midwest, I gained first-hand experience in production of commodities — and the issues associated with growing, harvesting, storing and merchandising finished commodities. Combining this with decades in the physical and futures trading markets provides a well-rounded competency from which to draw on to better understand a client's overall exposure and needs.
Having worked in a multi-national inspection, testing and verification company that tested everything from agriculture commodities to computers, I saw a need in the market for a sector-specific independent inspections firm experienced in both the farming/production side and processed finished goods.
We see the supply chain from all sides and speak the language. Through our deep cross-industry experience we cover not only your sustainability and audit needs but also provide input across your entire operation. As a result of our decades of global experience and boots-on-the-ground approach, we've worked with small growers on site through multinational trading firms looking to manage their sourcing and supply chain risk.
